The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is a great option if you're looking to buy an affordable mop and robot vacuum. It provides a fantastic mopping experience but lacks the features that make up its more expensive counterpart.
In tests, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats from carpets with a medium-pile. It doesn't use LIDAR, however, as cheaper models do, to map your home.
Roomba s9+ iRobot from iRobot
The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is among the best-rated robots. It is a powerful cleaner and a variety of features that include the self-emptying dirt container built into its charging base. It can also learn your habits of cleaning and suggest schedules that are automatic for a truly hands-free experience.
Setup is easy, thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once the system is set up you can begin the automated cleaning with a single button press. You can choose the general clean option that focuses on the removal of larger debris such as rice and cereal. Or you can select two detailed mappings to ensure that your home is completely cleaned.
This robot vac performs well on both floors that are bare and low-pile carpet. It is able to take large objects and doesn't lose suction as quickly as some others do, and it can even remove pet hair without difficulty. It's not able to work with high-pile carpets or plush carpets however, iRobot claims that future models will be better.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that focuses on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that has flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes that this will allow it hug the furniture and walls. It's a great improvement over the hockey puck-like design of most robovacs, though we discovered it to be only incrementally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also features superior filtration which blocks tiny particles and allergens from circulating within your home. We think it's a nice claim but not enough to justify a premium price.
Its intelligent navigation system makes use of a combination of sensors to keep track of your home's layout, and vSLAM technology to map your interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles, such as stairs and other barriers and to tidy up your entire home efficiently possible. If it comes into contact with an object, such as a wall or piece of furniture, it gently bumps into it and moves forward.
The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost entirely on its own, requiring only minimal user involvement. The robo-vac has a multifunction dock that can automatically transfer physical trash into the bin hidden from view and also washes and drys mop pads and replenishes its clean water tank. The app is adept at notifying you when something requires attention, such as the clean water tank running low or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled because of a full dust bin.
You can also create and combine rooms to modify how the Q Revo will treat your home. This feature is beneficial for those who have different flooring in different areas of your home or in the event that you have to regularly clear out clutter such as clothes, toys and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the best performers in my test cleaning up debris from carpets as well as hardwood floors with the first pass. It is able to even remove wet spills, though I recommend drying them with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot in.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is the most effective mopping performance of any robot we've tested due to its rotating mop pads that clean tough stains away and a motor that produces plenty of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also outstanding, and it also increases suction when it detects carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It is equipped with a large rechargeable battery that lasts up to one week. The mopping feature of the robot is also extremely effective.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a top-quality model that comes with a variety of features that aren't typically found on robots in this price range. It can make detailed floor maps and identify different flooring types. It's also among the only robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. Although these features are useful but they also put the L10s Ultra in the category of luxury, which might make it somewhat more expensive than what some homeowners require.

Its mops also do a great job and remove 98.4 percent of debris from our carpet, tile, and wood tests. It was not as effective in removing sand from our hard flooring or quaker oats off the carpet.
